Our intake facilities are located within the Poprad Landscape Park: one of the most precious protected areas in Poland. The water we bottle holds the legal status of a mined mineral.
A natural shield protecting our springs
The Poprad Landscape Park acts as a natural shield for our water sources. Strict environmental restrictions apply within its borders. Every single investment requires a rigorous, multi-stage environmental procedure.
We did not choose this location by chance. Its geological structure determines the unique mineral composition of our water. Every drop percolates through deep rock layers for decades before reaching our wells at depths of up to 200 meters.
Rigor at every stage
Muszynianka operates its own mining facility. It is strictly supervised by the District Mining Office in Kraków, the State Mining Authority in Katowice, and the Marshal of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
Every intake undergoes a multi-stage process: hydrogeological documentation → environmental decision → concession → mining usage agreement → Operation Plan. Extraction can only commence once every single document is fully secured.
Exploitation limits (in m³/h) are strictly defined for each intake and cannot be exceeded. Certified water meters are installed at all intake points to ensure absolute compliance.
Monitoring and security
Protection zones
Every intake features a fenced, locked direct protection zone. Outlets are secured with airtight wellheads.
Continuous quality monitoring
Real-time tracking of extraction parameters. Rigorous physicochemical and microbiological testing of every batch of water.
State supervision
External controls are conducted by the District Mining Office in Kraków, the State Mining Authority in Katowice, the Marshal of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Polish Waters (PGW Wody Polskie), and the State Sanitary Inspection. The composition assessment is validated by the National Institute of Public Health (PZH-PIB).
Energy from light
We actively minimize our carbon footprint by investing in our own photovoltaic installations to power our production lines. The solar farm was executed by Sol-Cam.
